Can I Hire the equipment for my home?

For events at home, we ideally need a flat surface to ensure the equipment can remain stable and access to electrical plug sockets within close proximity. The area should be covered to ensure the weather does not affect it.

Do you travel outside London?

We serve the Greater London area and can accommodate events outside of this for an additional charge.

Can I hire the Karaoke booth or classic karaoke for more than 4 hours?

The standard hire time for our packages are 4 hours and you can hire the karaoke equipment for longer.  There will be an additional charge for anything over 4 hours.  Please contact us for a quote.  

Do you set up and deliver?

Yes we set up and deliver the equipment to your location.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Karaoke Booth - for cancellations within 28 days of your event. 50% of the total cost will be refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will be non-refundable.
  • Classic Karaoke - for cancellations within 28 days of your event. 50% of the total cost will be refundable.  Cancellations within 24 hours will be non-refundable.

How much deposit do I need to make to place a booking?

  • Karaoke  Booth - a 25%  non refundable deposit is required to hold the booking. Full payment is required 28 days prior to the event date. 
  • Classic Karaoke -a  25% deposit is required to hold the booking. Full payment is required 14 days before the event.

How much space do I need for the karaoke booth?

We ideally need  an area of 3 x 3 metres, against a wall and in close proximity to electrical ports.
